Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

All original tags, dust bags, and packaging must be included

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale or clearance items

How to Start a Return

Contact us at returns@bagshop.com with your order number and reason for return

You will receive a return authorization and return address

Pack the item securely and send it back to the provided address
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item.
